I’m excited to get my items! When will you ship my order?

In stock orders ship 2-4 business days after order processing.  Processing begins the next business day for orders placed on holidays or weekends. Customers will be notified if there are delays due to out-of-stock or backordered items.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! Free standard ground shipping is provided for all orders in the Continental United States meeting the $75 order minimum before tax 

After it is shipped, how long will it take for me to get my package?

Our packages are shipped from Virginia using standard shipping via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping is typically 5 – 7 business days. 

What if I need it faster?

We offer expedited shipping methods for additional costs. We are pleased to be able to offer our customers 3-5 day shipping and 1-2 day shipping. For specific needs and questions regarding processing times, please contact hello@annspeight.com.

Can I track my package?

You will receive an email with your tracking number from us after your items have shipped. Please allow 2-4 business days to receive a tracking number. Please check your spam and junk folders if you have not received a tracking number after 4 business days. If you are unable to find your tracking email after 4 business days, email hello@annspeight.com

What should I do if I did not receive my package, but it is marked as delivered?

We understand this can be extremely frustrating and stressful.  Your carrier can help with lost packages using the links below.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship to customers in the United States.  If you’d like us to expand, please let us know!

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. After all, we want to make your life better with our products! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hello@annspeight to begin the return process. 

We accept returns within 14 days of the item delivery. 

Item(s) must be in their original condition.  They must be unused and unopened.

Items purchased as sale, clearance, final sale, or personalized are not eligible for return.

Party and Brunch Boxes are only eligible for return as the entire box and all items must be in the original condition, unused, and unopened.  Individual items within a Party or Brunch Box are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume the risk of returned items.  Ann Speight is not responsible for losses or damages during the return process.  For this reason, insured and tracked mail is recommended. 

Customers should allow 14 days from the receipt of returned merchandise for refunds to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.  Original shipping costs are not eligible for refund. The original price paid by the customer for the item is the return price, minus any promotional discounts applied during the original transaction as a result of the inclusion of the returned item in the original purchase (i.e., BOGO or spend $X, receive X% off).
